The Bed and Breakfast in Catania near Gioieni Park, University Campus and city center

Our guesthouse is in the north area of the city, near the motorway A18 (juntion Canalicchio) and the ring road (junction Gravina).

The B&B is at a short walk from Morgagni Clinic and the Convention Centre of the “Villa Del Bosco” Hotel; close to the Humanitas Medical Center, to the General Hospital “Policlinico” of Catania and to the University Campus.

Casa Demarata is in via Cardinale Nava, the same street as the famous Art Nouveau villa of Angelo Musco and a few meters from the Gioieni Park, the most important green lung of the city that overlooks the whole town center, located at the end of the main city street “Via Etnea”.
The B&B is well connected to the town center by public transport: AMT bus line 429, 740, 536, and Line BRT (Bus Rapid Transit).
